All products with a warranty claim must have original packaging (in good condition) and the serial number in readable condition. Abuse and or burnt voice coils are not considered a warranty claim. 

     

    This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. All warranty service requires original sales receipt documentation. It is at Audio Ace’s discretion to repair or replace the defective merchandise.
